The bracelet I made for BeadArt Forum's Spring Fling Bracelt Swap 2004 made in the Zulu Flowerete design by Diane Fitzgerald

For some reason I cannot get the the pic to show up of the bracelet Miranda sent me for the BeadArt Forum's Spring Fling Bracelet Swap. I am about to pull my hair out. So here is a link to see it on another site: http://snipurl.com/4gam I love the bracelet and the earrings. They remind me of blowing bubbles and blossoming flowers on a warm spring day. Thanks Miranda! And thanks Dot for a great swap!

The Emblems of the Twelve Apostles Rosary Bracelet This beautiful rosary bracelet was made for me for a Rosary Exchange. Isn't is beautiful? It is a wonderful gift. It was made using gemstones associated with the twelve apostles as noted in Revelations, chapter 21. They are as follows: Peter: Jasper Andrew: Blue Sapphire (the name given to Lapis Lazuli in ancient times) James: White Chalcedony John: Emerald Philip: Sardonyx Bartholomew: Red Carnelian Matthias: Chrysolite (more commonly known as peridot) Thomas: Beryl (more commonly known as aquamarine)James-the-Lesser: Topaz Thaddeus: Chrysoprase Simeon: Pink Hyacinth (garnet is the modern counterpart) Matthew: Amethyst From the crucifix, the Pater bead is white chalcedony. Again from the crucifix, the first Ave is lapis lazuli, the second and seventh are picture jasper, the third and eighth are white chalcedony, the fourth and ninth are carnelian, the fifth and tenth are sardonyx, and the sixth is amethyst. Surrounding the Pater bead and each Ave bead is a garnet bead. The spacer beads are lemon chrysoprase, peridot, blue topaz, emerald, and aqaumarine. There are also silver spacers, a silver heart toggle, and a silver crucifix and silver Miraculous medal. Thank you very much to my exchange partner.
